I called Dave today, Saturday ( November 28,2020 ) regarding my heater. He responded immediately and told me that he is coming in at around 3 to 4 in the afternoon. It didnt take him that long to pinpoint the problem. He is very professional, very knowledgeable and very respectful. I would highly recommend him.

Our landlord pointed us to Dave when the fridge stopped working. He responded quickly and fixed the problem on the same initial visit -- it's working perfectly now. I'm a minor DIY'er and had looked into what it would cost to replace the bad board myself, and the price I was quoted for the part was more that what I overheard Dave tell our landlord the total bill would be. We're all very pleased.
