I was very happy with my experience with Dave from Complete Appliance. He arrived in a timely manner and knew exactly what the problem was with our refrigerator. When Dave came to my place to fix my dishwasher, I already did some preliminary work and narrow down to the scenario. Dave listen to my concerns carefully and quickly identify something I missed. After running a standard test to verify the solution, Dave even gracefully offer to not charge additional fee but just a service visit as he acknowledged I helped out the process. I know it is not a typical repair service and Dave is far more capable, but the most valuable thing is Dave listen very well and solve the problem almost in the shortest amount of time. With that, I even ask Dave a couple issues with my Microwave/Oven and he quickly fix them, again not charging any additional fee. Dave is such a pleasant repair man to work with. I will ask for his service in the future without any hesitation.
