We are an appliance repair company servicing Orange County and Los Angeles area. Our main objective is to satisfy the individual needs of our clients with transparent communication while prioritizing the highest quality of work. We service the majority of household appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, washers, dryers, ovens, stoves, cooktops, wine coolers, and dishwashers. We work on different brands such as Whirlpool, Maytag, Samsung, LG, KitchenAid, GE (General Electric), Jenn-Air, Thermador, Amana, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Bosch. We also repair and provide maintenance of high-end appliances such as Wolf stoves and ovens, Viking refrigerators and stoves/ovens, GE Monogram appliances and Sub-Zero refrigerators and standalone freezers.

I contacted Encreso to repair my oven. They had a quick response and we scheduled my service date. The day of my appointment they advised on arrival and we’re prompt. Oredered parts and it was a replete of the original appointment. I would highly recommend the Enrico. Need to mention fair value, seemed honest and great pricing.

I requested a Samsung freezer repair through my home warranty company and they connected me with Encreso. Within 24 hours, Sasha reached out via phone (which I was not able to answer) and followed up with an immediate text to schedule an appointment, same day! I was blown away at the level of communication and speedy scheduling. Aleksey was on his way during the estimated window and they even provided a tracking link to show when he would arrive. Upon arrival, Aleksey was so kind, sweet with my pets and immediately got to work. Inspected, disconnected and diagnosed the issue and communicated what was wrong and the solution to replace the malfunctioning part. Along with the freezer issue, Aleksey provided additional recommendations and knowledge for appliance care and maintenance. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Aleksey, Sasha and Encreso for your appliance repair needs.

My Double Confection Oven failed right before Christmas and needed repair. I contacted Encreso, received a call that same day and scheduled a tech visit for the next day. Cris came out, confirmed that I needed a replacement Relay Board, obtained that item and completed the task all working around the Christmas Holiday Weekend. Cris you are the best. I would definitely use this company again.

My refrigerator broke down on a Sunday and I searched Thumbtack for a Applicance repair pro. I called Sunday afternoon and the technician Christian scheduled the appointment Monday morning. Prompt and punctual. He diagnosed the issue and sent me the quote the same evening.
He returned after the part was shipped and dropped in Friday afternoon of the thanksgiving weekend and fixed it in less than 30 mins. Clean, respectable and through. Cleaned up after the repair and service and offered me tips on safe appliance use. The entire experience was 5+ stars. They are trustworthy and pricing was reasonable. Will hire them again.
