He came and assessed the problem, offered to order the parts and let me know that would be 2 to 5 days. It was exactly that and he came back today and installed the new icemaker. It was expensive, but he was willing to work with me. The parts were costly. I liked him very much and I would seriously consider using him again if there was an issue and I would highly recommend him, very professional young man.

He came, saw the problem, gave extremely reasonable price and the problem was fixed in an hour including getting the parts for the repair. If you want a technician who cares and responds to the actual problem then Arman is your guy.
