Communication was excellent. The technician arrived on time, very polite, extremely knowledgeable and made sure to explain to me everything he was doing. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a couple of options to choose from. We discussed the pros and cons and agreed upon a solution he arranged for the parts and was back in two days to finish the job he was clean quick, very personable and just a joy to work with. I will definitely be using this repair company again.

They were able to diagnose the problem so fast but they didn't have the part on hand so they had to order it. They kept me in the loop the whole process.
