Mike rocked!!! We had our LG Washer that couldn't drain and he was pretty much in and out and found the issue within 45 min. All fixed and we are back up and running once again. I had contacted him late Saturday and he was at my house by Sunday morning. WOW!!! This is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
