Matthew was able to come out right away to fix the dryer. At first I was quoted $99 from the dispatcher, but when he arrived, he said that amount was for an external door clip and mine was internal. So it cost me $215–$189 for labor and $26 for the part. He also vacuumed out the inside of the dryer. I’m not sure how his price compares to other repair people.

The best appliance repair job ever!! Their name says it all, Best Service Appliance Repair. They are so confident about their services they charge a minimal initial call rate. They diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher within 10 minutes. Quoted the price of the part plus labor on the spot. No upsell efforts. Three days later my dishwasher is working like new.
