Bosch told me to contact you to give a diagnosis of my dishwasher Helpso they can decide to send me a new dishwasher. After he was here and said Main control is bad. I paid him $65, I called Bosch and they said Smart Appliance Fix is not on their list! HELP!!!

My refrigerator went out on a Saturday and I was in desperate need for it to get fixed but thank God for the refrigerator in the garage but still it wasn't bug enough to hold all our items. Reached out to several places, left messages. Some couldn't get to me until Monday late afternoon. I was able to get a quick response from Smart Appliance Fix and a date for Sunday early morning. I jumped at the chance. Very professional, contacted me to say his ETA. Arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issue right away. By Monday morning on scheduled time he came with the part and my refrigerator is like brand new. We were so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism that we will definitely be calling Smart Appliance Fix for all our appliances in the future. Thanks again for being honest, professional and on time. And most of all reasonable.

Couldn’t be happier. Received an appointment for same day between 12 and 2pm.
At 12 o’clock received a text message that the tech would arrive at 1pm. Technician arrived at 1 PM diagnosed and repaired LG dryer in the same day. Had all parts necessary in van. Great service highly recommend A+ all the way around
