Ron was great to work with. He makes himself available for all questions and concerns. He helped me with my plans for a JADU that I was adding to my property. He met all deadline he put on himself and guided me through the entire process. The plans look amazing.

Absolutely the best!!! Ron did a fantastic job drawing and planning my house addition and my new ADU. He was responsive and very creative in maximizing the space and drawing the best design. Ron was extremely helpful in dealing with the city’s planning and building department, which made the whole process of getting a permit very easy. I am very happy I hired Ron and his team for my real estate project and I will definitely use his services in my future projects as well.

Ron from Plan & Permits assisted with our home addition project. On the first visit we realized he is knowledgeable & professional for what he does. So we did not hesitate to continue our work with him and through out the process he was so patient, listened to our needs, gives feedback with better ideas, opinions and suggestions while fulfilling our requirements. He is friendly, respectful, responsive and quick with his work. Ron is so practical and his prices are affordable. We are fortunate to work with him and highly recommend him to anyone. Plan and Permit was great to work with and signed onto our project when we just ended work with a nightmare architect/designer. We didn’t know how bad it was with the other architect and designer until we worked with Plan and Permit. Ron was very communicative about the process and work, and was very available to answer all of our questions. He came up with great solutions to configuration issues and was helpful in navigating design options that kept budget in mind. When he arrived to do measurements, he really listened and was so accurate in the design in addressing all my comments, concerns and needs. I would work with (and recommend him) anytime!

I needed "as built" floor plans and contacted Ron. He was so professional and was able to come out to take measurements very promptly. He was very polite and sweet - he gave me a very competitive quote as well. I needed the plans within a week and Ron was able to have them ready for me within two days! How awesome is that? It's very awesome as other architects that I contacted told me they would need a few weeks for completion. Ron was very helpful and knowledgeable about floor plans and all architect/space related questions and concerns. Will definitely be contacting him for all architectural needs :)
