FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on event size, travel distance, and any upgrades selected (such as craft cocktail packages or bar/table rentals). A travel fee may apply for certain areas. If a tip jar isn’t permitted, a $150 gratuity will be added — our bartenders are dedicated professionals who work hard to create a great experience and this policy keeps our team motivated and appreciated. All pricing will be clearly listed in your quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client reaches out, I schedule a short consultation to discuss event details — guest count, drink preferences, theme, and any special requests. I then provide a customized quote and package recommendation. On the day of the event, I arrive 1.5 hours early for setup and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. My goal is to make your bar service worry-free, professional, and fun.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified bartender and hold an RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification through the state of California. I’ve trained in mixology, bar management, and event service, and continue learning new craft cocktail trends to keep my menus fresh and creative.
