Artem stayed until the job was finished, he said that as long as it was ok with me, he will finish the work.
I have a 35 year old furnace that was a jumble of wires due to my DYI mentality in changing a blower motor.
Artem methodically worked through all the electrical connections, explaining his work throughout.

I would prefer to discuss all issues in advance before starting work, so that the client understands how and when I will do it, and how much it will cost. It is possible to do this by correspondence.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained as an installer and service engineer of ventilation and air conditioning systems.
