We recently had RCC Service diagnose and service our home’s HVAC system, and I am extremely satisfied with the experience. Artem, the technician, provided honest, professional, and technically thorough work from start to finish.
On the first visit, he carefully inspected the system, identified a malfunction with the electronic zoning dampers, and left them in a safe, fully open position so the system would operate reliably. He also cleaned the outdoor condenser coil and replaced a failing capacitor, explaining each step clearly and documenting what he found.
Most impressive was his integrity regarding a possible “overcharged” refrigerant issue. Initially, he suspected the system might be overcharged, but when he returned with recovery equipment, he rechecked the system against the manufacturer’s specific charging chart. After that more detailed evaluation, he concluded the refrigerant level was actually within the proper range and chose not to perform unnecessary work or charge for the second visit. That level of honesty is rare and greatly appreciated.
Since Artem’s work, our HVAC system has been running smoothly, with stable airflow and comfortable temperatures upstairs and downstairs. Based on this experience, I highly recommend RCC Service and especially Artem for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, meticulous, and trustworthy HVAC technician.

Over the past five years we have signed up with a couple of different AC companies and joined their program where they come out twice a year and inspect your system, those companies have never actually inspected and repaired our system. The only thing that they wanted to do was sell us a new system.
I am very thankful that we found Artem with RCC. He is outstanding. He came out and truly inspected our system and made the necessary repairs that same day. We will be using him from here on out because it is really difficult to find honest/qualified people in the HVAC industry.
Artem helped replace our old thermostat with a nest thermostat. He showed up on time, was very efficient and did a great job. Would definitely recommend!!

I would prefer to discuss all issues in advance before starting work, so that the client understands how and when I will do it, and how much it will cost. It is possible to do this by correspondence.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained as an installer and service engineer of ventilation and air conditioning systems.
