Campus to Career

Campus to Career helps students get into top undergraduate business programs and land competitive finance jobs. I work one on one with high school students applying to college as business, economics, or finance majors, and college students preparing for finance recruiting. I’m a Sage Hill School and USC alum, a former investment banking analyst and private equity investor. I’ve also run recruiting for selective university finance organizations and at my firms, so I know what admissions committees and employers actually look for. For high school students, I help build a smart college list, plan extracurriculars, and write essays that connect their story to a real interest in business. For college students, I build a recruiting game plan from day one on campus, including resume review, networking strategy, and technical and behavioral interview prep. Finance recruiting now starts as early as freshman year, and students who prepare early have a real advantage. Every session is tailored to the student, with practical advice from someone who has sat on both sides of the table.
