Mark was incredibly responsive and quite obviously knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem with my home computer, suggest remedial actions and even obtained a great discount on the purchase of a replacement computer. In addition, he set up the new computer, advised us of improvements to our security measures, and installed uninterruptable power sources for both of our computers to protect against another power surge causing damage to our home computers.
