Thank u Ken! I’m very happy w the work you’ve done. I learned a lot from u and I’m happy and relieved that everything is back in order so far. My printer needed a maintenance kit. I purchased one but cldnt take back door off to finish inserting the fuser. Anyway long story short, fuser was replaced and any other rollers that needed replacement. It wldhv cost me less had I just gone to him to service the printer. Anyway, he will continue to hv my business. Thank u! Gigi
