Zoom Drain responded to our request very quickly. Chris showed up the next day and we showed him our issue with our clogged kitchen sink. He was able to snake it and clear the issue in under an hour. He was extremely professional and gave us recommendations for future treatments if needed. Would highly recommend. Thank you Chris!

I had a clogged p trap line for pool backwash and Johnny was able to assess the issue and provide options to fix it. He did a great job explaining the two options and worked hard to clear the line. He was very professional and informative as he explained a lot about the service and possible issues with cast iron piping. Overall, the clog was cleared and I am very happy with the service.

We give free estimates and we don't perform any work without your authorization.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically have a customer show us the area of concern, we will then check out the other drains in the vicinity to determine the appropriate solutions. We then show the pricing out of a menu price book before we start work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are very specialized in drains and have our own in-house training center for drain cleaning. We have weekly training sessions and mandatory safety training.
