- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by discussing your project, goals, and timeline. If needed, we schedule an on-site visit to assess the work and provide a detailed estimate. Once approved, we communicate throughout the project, complete the work efficiently, and ensure everything meets your expectations before the job is finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a California Licensed General Building Contractor (Class B) and fully insured. Our team has completed OSHA 30 safety training and holds IICRC WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician) and FSRT (Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician) certifications. We continuously expand our knowledge through hands-on experience, industry training, and commercial maintenance projects to provide safe, code-compliant, and high-quality workmanship.
