Our typical process for working with a new customer involves several steps to ensure that we understand their needs and can provide the best solution for their project. First, we begin with an initial consultation, where we discuss the customer's vision and goals for their project. During this meeting, we will gather information about the type of flooring they are interested in, their design preferences, their timeline, and their budget. Next, we will provide the customer with a detailed estimate that outlines the cost and scope of the project. We will work with the customer to ensure that the estimate meets their needs and budget. If the customer decides to move forward with the project, we will schedule a date for installation. Our team will arrive on time and begin the installation process, taking care to protect the surrounding areas of the home or business. Throughout the installation process, we will communicate with the customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress and any necessary adjustments are made. Once the installation is complete, we will do a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure that everything is to their satisfaction.
