- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price includes editing, labor, and equipment used. It does not include travel or any additional add ons. It is calculated per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know each other a little more! Understanding all of your concerns as we move forward so I can be mindful of them. Wedding timelines are essential and required for photography and videography. Allowing me to prepare and better assist you is my goal. Hopping on a phone call to discuss everything is a very quick way to get the information and answers we both need. Nevertheless, I try to make every interaction fun, simple, and quick!
