Our Diagnostic Service is $150 and includes a professional evaluation of the appliance and a clear repair recommendation. If you approve the repair, the Diagnostic Service amount is credited toward the completed repair. You will always receive the repair price before any additional work is performed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering information about the appliance and the problem. At the appointment, we perform a professional diagnostic evaluation, explain what we found, and provide a clear repair recommendation and estimate. No repair is performed without customer approval. After the repair, we test the appliance and provide warranty coverage on the completed work and installed parts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our work is based on hands-on appliance repair experience, continuous technical training, manufacturer service information, wiring diagrams, diagnostic procedures, and ongoing study of modern appliance systems and electronics.
