He scammed me out of $1800 to which he did not complete the work as promised.
He subs out his work to his friend who then subs out to another, yes you are paying for everyone else's work but him.
When I told him I want to switch to a different vendor, he tried to blackmail me for $2500 just to cancel the contract. I would stay away from him and would be extremely cautious. In addition, I would advise not signing anything with him as he's not a honest contractor.
