- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple: first we discuss the project details and goals with the client. Then we schedule a site visit if needed and provide a clear estimate. Once the estimate is approved, we sign a contract, schedule the project, and complete the work while keeping clear communication with the client until the final walkthrough. Site Visit – If needed, we schedule a visit to the property to evaluate the space and discuss project details. Estimate & Proposal – We provide a clear estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, and project timeline. Contract & Scheduling – Once everything is approved, we sign a written agreement and schedule the project start date. Construction Phase – Our team completes the work while maintaining clear communication with the homeowner. Final Walkthrough – At the end of the project, we review everything with the client to ensure satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional experience in residential construction and remodeling, along with hands-on training in building practices, project management, and construction standards. I am civil engineering engineer & also a licensed general contractor in California and stay up to date with local building codes and industry best practices.
