Great experience with OC Pro Rain Gutters. House needed gutters and they gave me a great price and did a fabulous job on the installation yesterday. Great communication about the install date/time and Fortino and his crew knocked it out in less than a day. Ann is fantastic with quotation and coordination of the project. Everything from getting the quote to the office staff to the installation team went smoothly.. The installers showed up on time, were courteous worked quickly. Everything looks great. We just need some rain to test to see if theyve got the gutters and drain spouts positioned correctly, but I feel confident it is.

OC Professional Rain gutters was great start to finish. Israel, Ann, Chasen and the team were good communicators through the process. I appreciate that the estimator Chasen was very knowledgeable and had actual metal color samples and pieces of sample gutters. The installation team did a great job and cleaned up the work area nicely. Their price was also much lower than another quote I got.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are per linear foot of gutter and downspout and depends on complexity of the job: 1 or 2 story, flashing or no flashing, fascia board or rafter tails, removal of gutter, size and style of gutter or downspout, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If customer knows the amount of linear feet of gutter required and the amount of downspouts needed, I can give an estimate over the phone or message. If customer prefers an in person estimate I am more than happy to set up an appointment to go out to their property and give an exact quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My technicians have been in the gutter industry for 15+ years.
