My services cost $60 per hour and the job takes 2 hours. This allows me to achieve high quality and attention to detail in every project. This price reflects my costs, years of experience and the use of high quality materials and tools. I strive to deliver superior results that meet their expectations and investments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of working with a new client in the construction industry from the first meeting where we discuss his ideas and see the project. I listen carefully to all wishes and requirements in order to fully understand his expectations. This stage lays the foundation for successful cooperation. After this we move on to the planning stage. I offer the client several design options and solutions based on their preferences and budget. Today we choose the best option, taking into account all the subtleties and details of the project. Next comes the preparation of estimates and graphic work. I explained in detail to the client all the stages of the project, the timing of their completion and the cost. All our agreements are recorded in writing to avoid misunderstandings in the future. When everything is agreed upon, the actual work begins. I control every stage, from preparation to final finishing, ensuring quality and compliance with the plan. Regular reports and photo reports allow the client to be aware of all the work taking place. The final stage is the delivery of the project. I carefully check all the work performed, use any shortcomings and get results together with the client. My goal is for the client to be completely satisfied and for his dream of an ideal space to come true. Thus, the process of working with a new construction client is based on attention to detail, transparency and the highest quality of workmanship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the holder of a higher education diploma in construction and electrical engineering, which is the basis of my knowledge and professional skills. My experience includes extensive practice in both internal and external departments. Interior work such as tiling, wiring and wall finishing that I have completed has always been of high quality and attention to detail. Exterior decoration, including facades and landscaping, is where my skill and ability to transform any space is concerned. My educational and practical background allows me to confidently solve complex problems and offer clients the best solutions.
