Great experience working with First Fix! Russell arrived a bit earlier than he anticipated, which was great because I was working from home and had scheduled meetings. We received a text message with his estimated arrival time. Russell was able to diagnose the issue with our dishwasher and dryer right away. Both appliances were repaired in approximately 2 hours, and the cost was reasonable; less than I expected. I will definitely reach out to First Fix again should I have any issues with my other appliances. Highly recommend First Fix.

Russell was awesome! He responded to my inquiry quickly on a Saturday and came same day. He fixed my dryer and I also had him look at our dishwasher. He let me know that fixing the dishwasher would cost almost as much as buying a new one so we opted to get a new one. His professionalism, reliability, and honesty gained my trust!
