We contacted Michael this morning regarding a refrigerator leak and he responded by phone quickly and arrived shortly after. Michael was very knowledgeable, and explained the issue and the steps to correct it in a professional manner and in simple terms. He corrected the service work to be done quickly and the charge was reasonable. We are very happy with his repair!
