Contacted Stephan after initial response, he was extremely polite and responsive . We made an on site appointment for today. After my husband looked at the icemaker , he got it to work. Immediately contacted Stephan and told him things we fixed and I would keep his name for future needs. Very quick to respond politely!

Stephan did an excellent job of repairing our microwave. He came by and diagnosed the problem, then ordered the replacement part, received it, and returned the following day at 9 pm (!) to replace the bad magnetron. Very much appreciate the quick turnaround and willingness to work at such a late hour to accommodate our complicated schedules!
