Stephan did an excellent job of repairing our microwave. He came by and diagnosed the problem, then ordered the replacement part, received it, and returned the following day at 9 pm (!) to replace the bad magnetron. Very much appreciate the quick turnaround and willingness to work at such a late hour to accommodate our complicated schedules!
