Introduction: Ryan has more than seven years experience as a personal trainer. All fitness programs are designed to each clients age, ability and experience with effective routines to save you time and get you results! I’ve developed a forte in addressing faulty mechanics, poor posture, increasing flexibility, and improving motor control. This comes together to help reduce my clients risk of injury while improving quality of life, physique, and wellness. I have also successfully lead clients to improved range of motion and reduced pain in joints with injuries.

I am a 53 year old male who enjoys cardio and body weight routines. In an effort to increase flexibility and power, I selected Ryan as my fitness trainer. I have worked with other trainers in the greater Lafayette area, but after my first session with Ryan, I recognized his superior knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Ryan brings a next level experience to each session as he explains the mechanics behind each routine and the key points in sustaining appropriate technique start to finish. Furthermore, Ryan will detail necessary diet selections contributing toward goal achievement. I am excited to have him as my fitness expert! I know I will go far beyond my original goals with his professional guidance!

Ryan is a great trainer! He's tough enough to keep you going when you want to quit, but is also very accommodating if you're not comfortable with a specific exercise. He will readily suggest alternative exercises if you are limited. He shows great knowledge of kiniseology. Ryan will certainly help anyone reach their fitness goals. I highly recommend him!

I am 44 with a history of shoulder surgery. Restricted mobility in my shoulders and neck. I rebounded with physical therapy but just never had strength. When I started working out with Ryan, his evaluation/assessment was spot on. After the eval he came to me with a strengthening plan for my shoulders, arms, core and legs. During this journey he taught me about diet and nutrition, with stretches to help me sleep. I started feeling stronger and less restricted. I had more energy thru my work day. He is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your health. I have recommended him to family and friends. He's a great Coach!

Ryan was an excellent trainer. He tailored workouts specific for me and what I was trying to accomplish. He pushed me harder than I thought possible. I was seeing results quickly. He taught me correct technique and always made sure I was doing things safely.

Ryan is friendly, professional and taught me a variety of workouts in the gym. I was pushed to my limits in a way that I don't do on my own and learned lots of new things.
