we hired Launch Systems to build a TV and total sound system for our condominium which we bought as a second home. we originally contacted two companies listed by your service but when the other contractor came and saw the job, figuring it was too small for them to bother their service fell off the map. On the other hand Michael Kravets from Launch System was very engaging and full of ideas for my wife regardless of the job size. After completion, we had some technical issues a month later and the follow up servicing was efficient and quick. We were pleasantly surprised also to learn that Launch Systems traveled outside of Orange County to help us in our primary residence. Michael Kravets again came and helped us with our servicing needs and did not charge us. We will definitely use Launch Systems when we upgrade our systems and I will not hesitate to recommend Launch Systems Group.

Launch Systems has just completed a major update of our Control 4 audio/video/home automation system and I am delighted. Every aspect has been completed and is working just as Michael Kravets (our sales representative) explained in depth prior to the installation. Launchs staff is prompt (8:00 am means 8:00 am - not 8:05!) courteous, knowledgeable, neat and friendly. My wife and I are delighted to have our whole-home system working VERY well. I wholeheartedly recommend Launch Systems and their entire crew without hesitation.
