Our pricing is transparent and based on your home's size, the type of clean, and how often you'd like service. We offer four main service types: Refresh Clean, Maintenance Clean, Deep Clean, and Move-In/Move-Out. Recurring clients save with frequency discounts — 10% off monthly, 15% off bi-weekly, and 20% off weekly service. We also offer popular add-ons like oven cleaning, interior fridge, cabinet interiors, interior windows, laundry and fold, and garage sweep. There are no hidden fees. You'll know your price before we ever show up.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick booking, either through our website or by reaching out directly. We'll confirm your home's size, the type of clean you need, and your preferred date. New clients typically start with a Refresh Clean, which is our first time clean that is similar to a Deep Clean, so we can establish a thorough baseline. From there, many clients move into a recurring Maintenance Clean schedule. You'll receive confirmation, reminders, and follow-up communication throughout. We make it easy from first contact to the moment we hand back your keys.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every cleaner on our team goes through a structured vetting and onboarding process before entering a client's home. That includes a phone screening, a paid working interview with a performance evaluation, and a full onboarding where we walk through our cleaning standards and expectations. We maintain a performance tracking system that scores cleaners on punctuality, quality, and client satisfaction so our standards don't slip over time. This isn't a gig app where anyone shows up. We take who we send into your home seriously.
