There was alot of miscommunication here. The customer agreed in writing to a lower price than what was quoted and made her own price in exchange for only 3 man hours of work. She then said she didnt understand. And giving her the benefit of the doubt the cleaners even stayed for 4 man hours. She did have about 3x the house size that she desribed and wanted it all done. This was very unfair to get a one star review. We take pride in our work and honesty and after the homeowner was very unprofessional. Unfortunately we would not return to this house as well.
