FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by how much trailer space your items take up. Every price includes labor, loading, hauling, disposal and sweep-up. - Small pickup (a few bags and boxes): $129 - Quarter load: $299 - Half load: $549 - Three-quarter load: $799 - Full load: $999 No separate fees for mattresses, refrigerators or tires. Very heavy material like concrete, dirt or roofing is quoted separately by weight. You get a written price from your photos before anything is loaded. No deposit, and you pay after the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Send us photos of what needs to go and where it is (garage, upstairs, backyard), plus anything about access like stairs, gates or parking. 2. We send back a written price based on those photos. 3. You pick a time. 4. When we arrive, we check the items match the photos before loading. If there’s more than the photos showed, we tell you the new price first, and you can say no. 5. We do all the lifting and loading, haul everything away and sweep up. 6. You pay after the job is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There’s no licensing exam for junk removal, so there’s no certificate to list. What we do have: a licensed and insured business, a full-size trailer, and working knowledge of what Orange County’s landfills, recyclers and donation centers will and won’t accept, so your items go where they’re allowed to go.
