I hired Barsam Design to do the architectual design for my house extension project this year. I am really happy with the result that was provided by Barsam Design. This did a good job helping me in the following areas:1. They have camera & software system that took picture of my current house and produced the architecture drawing showing all detailed dimensions of the current house.2. Using this drawing, they worked with me in creating the new house extension plan and structural calculations needed for filing the City Building Permit Application.3. Barsam submitted the whole Application package with the City Planner and follow through with all the necessary steps and modified the Architectural Plan based on feedback & comment from the City. Then resubmit the Application with new plan & calculations. It was a great help to me since I am not familiar with the City planning department & procedures.4. Barsam followed through with the City until the Plan was approved. He further submitted the General Contractor information that I selected for the job with the City. He was able to get the City to issue the Building Permit quickly. His assistance and professionalism made it a much smoother application for me.5. Barsam quoted me a very reasonable price for doing all this work. He charged about 1/2 the price of the other quotes that I got from other architects.6. I just started the construction now and I'd highly recommend Barsam Design if you have a construction project.

I have worked with Barsam for 2 projects and both times were great! One project is for a commercial building electrical panel and HVAC upgrade and the other project is for a single family demo and rebuild. Barsam is easy to work with and communicates promptly any time there is a question or feedback from the city’s reviewer. I look forward to working together again next time!

It all depends on the size of the project, we will work with customer budget, to make sure they can have the project done in their budget.

Customer satisfaction is our Company Mission, that's why we offer 3 - 4 included revision in the off chance we don't get your project right the first time. However, because we have talented team with many years of experince, we find that the revision often not needed. Getting the job done righ the first time is our key to success.
