I sent a photo of my issue to David. He responded within 10 minutes with a call and told me that based on the photo, a button was unpressed, causing my issue where the door would not unlock from the outside. Super grateful for the quick response and saving me the frustration of taking apart my own lock and finding no issues! He didn’t even charge me anything. Just a quick fix over the phone!

We had David out to replace a deadbolt and rekey a lock. Within the first five minutes of being there his eye was drawn to a doorknob that we installed; it was installed incorrectly and he immediately went to work to fix the knob... that is what I call going above and beyond. David was professional, fast and a pleasure to add to our list of go-to vendors to help us out on any future needs.

David responded right away, scheduled me for the next day at the time I wanted. He showed up on time and kept me up to date with what needed to be done and asked my approval before he did anything that wasn't within the initial scope of my request (initial scope was to re-key a front door lock). I ended up having other locks re-keyed. Very happy and highly recommended!
