- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard package for our inspection. Testing which involves swab and air samples can be added. Swab samples are included with the inspection. Air sampling is additional per air sample taken.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the background of the situation. Was there previous water damage or intrusion? Are they seeing mold physically or suspect mold growth? Have they had recent work completed? After a proper assessment, we schedule the inspection and testing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified for mold inspection and testing and remediation. All testing analysis is completed by an independent certified third party lab.
