I had multiple projects; wiring, outlet repair, troubleshooting and installation. Alex listened and carefully outlined the cost for each project which were extremely reasonable. My wiring project was a 2 person job - Alex confirmed arrival and arrived early the following day. I had an option to install wiring on an exterior wall - he installed my wiring underground for a beautiful look. He tested multiple 35 year old GFI outlets for safety concerns and made recommendation for replacement. He declined and was 100% correct for one project - I did require an HVAC repairman for a thermostat replacement. Alex will text written estimates before starting - that is so very important. They also identified and replaced a faulty breaker (the prior guy didn’t) and also extended an exterior outlet for us. The tech, Samuel, showed up on time and, while he hadn't installed this specific doorbell before, he was able to walk through the instructions with me and figure out what needed to happen to make it work.
