I recently purchased a wall mounted pergola from Amazon and needed someone with experience to assemble it and install it for me. I sent out a request for quotes from several "pros" and Vladimir was the first one to respond. He asked me for information on the pergola I needed installed, so I sent him the Amazon link. He quickly responded with a quote and was readily available to do the work. We scheduled the work for the following day. He arrived with his wife, at the time that we agreed to on install day. Unfortunately, I didn't properly inspect the Amazon delivery, so we learned that they pergola should have came in 4 boxes, but we only received 2. As apologetic as I was to Vladimir, he understood the mistake on my part and agreed to come back when I received the two missing boxes. After several calls to Amazon and FedEx, the two missing boxes arrived that very same day. I sent Vladimir a message and he confirmed that he could come back the following day. Vladimir and his wife came back this morning and they got to work right away. I was very pleased with their professionalism and care for our home. The install of the new pergola went very well.
