One of the best things about this awning company is that they have a showroom with all types of patiocoverings on display, which made it much easier to visualize the options and make decisions. Overall, our experience was very good.John, there consultant gave a good advice on extending the width of patioawning 24 on both sides and to motorize all the awnings.Like many new construction homes, there were some challenges during installation, especially with finding studs, which can be difficult when they are practically nonexistent. Because of that, it took a couple of trips and multiple appointments to get everything just right, and I was okay with that because I focus on the bigger picture and the end result. What mattered most to me was making sure things were done correctly.What really stood out was Sauls commitment to making sure every issue was taken care of. He listens, responds promptly to text messages, picks up the phone, and genuinely works to resolve any concerns. I appreciate that he made sure everything was completed properly in the end.I am happy with the final result and am sharing my experience with friends, hoping to send some business their way. I had a great overall experience with the Awning Company. Tony was responsive from the jump and helpful in finding the perfect solution for installing the Infinity Canopy to replace what we had previously. Eduardo and the install team were efficient and didnt great job on the install.
