I am so impressed with Peter McKernan and his team at First Response. I first contacted Peter when i was desperate, and about to make all the wrong decisions with my rental property. Thankfully Peter's team stepped in to help me price my rental correctly, screen all the applicants to find the BEST tenant, and then walked me through every step from lease agreement to handing over keys and collecting the first month's rent. I THOUGHT i could handle the management on my own, but after a few repair issues when i was out of town with family, i decided to hire First Response for the ongoing property mgmt and that has been the best decision. If you're a landlord and want to protect your property value and also be stress free and enjoy time with your family and friends, you can confidently trust these guys.
