- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free rental analysis to determine your property’s optimal rental value. Once you’re ready to move forward, we handle all onboarding, property marketing, tenant screening, and lease preparation. From there, our team manages rent collection, maintenance, and communication with both you and the tenant through our Owner and Tenant Portals, ensuring full transparency and quick response times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team includes licensed California real estate professionals with extensive experience in residential property management, leasing, and maintenance coordination. We stay current with California landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing regulations, and industry best practices through continuing education and affiliations with NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and California Apartment Association.
