Imy helped us rent our current unit and was incredibly efficient and helpful along the process. She was very understanding of our situation and worked with our tight timeline. Our pricing is fully transparent — there are no hidden fees or upfront costs. We offer two simple plans (Gold and Platinum) designed to fit different levels of service, both with flat monthly management fees rather than a percentage of rent.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free rental analysis to determine your property’s optimal rental value.
Once you’re ready to move forward, we handle all onboarding, property marketing, tenant screening, and lease preparation.
From there, our team manages rent collection, maintenance, and communication with both you and the tenant through our Owner and Tenant Portals, ensuring full transparency and quick response times.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team includes licensed California real estate professionals with extensive experience in residential property management, leasing, and maintenance coordination.
