Vicki C. says, "WHY SLY? I have very specific reasons as to why Sly and I do not regret my decision in selecting him as my trainer, I would say Sly is the very definition of PERSONAL TRAINER: He listened, assessed, and developed a program to match my needs, goals, and current abilities. I communicated with Sly and 2 other trainers, while the others were willing to train me for a triathlon, Sly listened to me explain that I am an overweight senior citizen with a recent fall with minor injuries. I've never been inside a gym and only took an occasional walk. After hearing this we met in person where he gather more information from me and assessed my physical abilities to do simple things. From this point Sly developed my plan to get be back in shape. Sly has continued to push me enough to benefit me in reaching my goals, but has changed or modified the plan to match my needs/ability. At this one month mark, I am becoming more flexible and have increased endurance. I now have a daily routine of stretches and exercises. I can even get down on the floor and back up without moaning. Sly has encouraged me to give him 6 months, his enthusiasm and belief in me has kept me motivated WHY SLY ? : His experience, education, and knowledge has made him an EXPERT as a personal trainer... 6 months he said? OK: I look forward to picking outfits for the holidays!"See more
