Aquatronics pool service

Great initial meeting with this team, Extremely knowledgeable customer service is great and looking forward to writing greater details on our upcoming work here within the next few weeks great bunch of guys!

Aquatronics was initially prompt in getting back to me with a request for a quote and asked for a picture our pool to provide us with more accurate quote. Their initial quote after first filling out a survey was $95 but after looking at the size and plants around the pool increased the quote to $115, which is still in line with what the seller of our house advised they pay their current pool company. Aquatronics was great about explaining the details of service provided in their weekly cleaning and maintenance service. I replied back to them within 45min via this app that I would like to hire and requested for scheduling us; I left them my email and phone number in my response. It's been 2 days since and I have not heard back from them either way whether they want my business. It would have been nice to hear back promptly one way or another. I felt like I was left in a lurch, so I hired another company!

First of, Aquatronics is a family company and that makes it very personal. The guys are very attentive to details and their work ethic simply puts them one step ahead of the other pool cleaning company out there. I would hire them over and over if I could. Thank you guys for taking care of my pool and spa like it is your own.
