- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices always vary depending on the many different and unique situations associated with Termite, or Dry rot related issues. What we strive to offer our customers is the LEAST expensive remedy to their particular situation. Cost effective solutions THAT WORK is what we always offer, and guarantee!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setting up the inspection date and time is always the first part of the process. Raquel is always happy to assist you with this process. Next is the thorough inspection itself, followed by an emailed detailed report and bid. We are always a phone call, text, or email away from helping you with whatever Termite, dry rot, or water damage problem you may have. When we say "we are here to help", We mean it!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Joe curry has been licensed with the California Structural Pest Control Board since 1997. Starting off as a licensed applicator, then Field Representative, and finally becoming a licensed Operator in 2004. He has over 20 years experience in not only the Pest Control Industry, but also in Construction as well. Joe is always 'Hands on" with every Job.
