Cortney was very honest with his inspection of my home for termites. We saw live termites in guest bathroom one time. Cortney came out twice to inspect my attic and house. He couldn’t find legitimate signs of termites anywhere. Instead of taking my money for the sake of it, he gave an honest recommendation to call him back out in 3 months to do re-inspection. I appreciate his honesty and will definitely be calling him.

Cortney far exceeded the standard in a world where most contractors struggle to do the bare minimum. This was for termite infestation that failed to be identified during escrow. He provided a thorough inspection: 1) dug out past treatment card from under insulation, found old & new termite droppings, 3) identified improper prior treatment and provided photos and video of all, 4) walked every inch of a tight attic space through the gable vents. His treatment plan found the infested timbers and ensured we will have protection for years to come. Not like 3 other inspectors that failed to try and simply wanted a full tent fumigation. Also, absolute minimal drywall cutting, where most would cut open an entire ceiling to make it easier for themselves (he cut 1" opening around an air duct). Stop searching for a pro. Call Cortney Shedden.

I got a few offers for our Attic insulation project. Cory and his brothers were on top of it from A to Z. One of the best bids, clear, at the right price (not the cheapest, but far from being expensive), not pushing for a higher insulation index, or extra work. Came before the work to confirm the quote and after the work to inspect and get paid. Did the job within a week after the quote. Were punctual and professional.
