We can work with insurance companies directly. Additionally, we use Xactimate pricing, which is the best industry pricing. We can work with customers on self-pay projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Initial Contact & Emergency Response When a customer contacts us, we gather basic details about the damage and, if it’s an emergency, dispatch a team immediately—often within the same day. 2) On-Site Inspection & Assessment We perform a thorough inspection using professional moisture detection equipment to identify the source, extent, and category of water damage. 3) Clear Plan & Estimate We explain our findings, outline the restoration plan, and provide a transparent estimate. If insurance is involved, we help document the damage and coordinate directly with the adjuster.
