I replaced a standard water heater with a tankless system. They were very patient in walking me through the options, and always very responsive. They did quality work, even re-routing some plumbing that wasn't strictly required for the installation, but helped me reclaim additional usable space in my water heater closet. I'm very happy with the quality of their work, and at a good value.
