Jose was fantastic!!!! He came earlier than the scheduled appointment which worked out great for me. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and went above and beyond to resolve my dryer issue. He even provided some additional maintenance tips for future longevity!!! I recommend Jose and his company 100%!! I will certainly use them again foe my appliance needs!!!

Good communication day of to confirm appointment and when their schedule changed and they could come earlier than scheduled. The techs diagnosed the problem quickly, and offered solution/ repair that was at a fair price with warranty. Dryer was thoroughly cleaned and repaired with testing to ensure problem was addressed (wheels and belt replaced). They also suggested washing machine filter clean out which yielded removal of debris and saving expense on future repairs. The guys know what they're doing and will explain all work they perform. If you insist on reading about any opportunity for improvement, let's see... their shop vacuum works well but is loud? I will hire this company again in the future.

I was completely satisfied with the service from JMA. It was a last-minute contact, and they were able to come out the same day, very pleased with their punctuality and service. Jose and Marty were very knowledgeable technicians, they were able to repair my refrigerator that day. I like that there were no waiting times for parts to be ordered. Repairs were at a fair price. We will definitely be using him in our near future and I highly recommend them.
