Introduction: I am a certified private personal trainer who works one on one with people who are looking to get in shape, lose weight, and add some adventure to their already fit life. I have worked with traveling hockey teams, kids, adults and seniors.
I incorporate various types of exercises such as yoga, Pilates, weights, aerobics and sports-specific training. If you have a pool, I love to mix it up and do water workouts!
