- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, and the time required to complete the job safely and up to code. I provide upfront, detailed estimates with no hidden fees. For larger jobs, I offer a clear payment schedule. I focus on quality, reliability, and getting it done right the first time—which helps save time and money in the long run.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a site visit or phone consultation to understand the project. Then I provide a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work, exclusions, materials, and payment terms. Once approved, I schedule the job, communicate throughout, and ensure everything is done up to code and completed on time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed C-10 electrician in California. I’ve completed electrical apprenticeship training and regularly keep up with changes in the National Electrical Code (NEC). I also continue learning through on-the-job experience with both residential and commercial systems.
