Everything was set for my husband’s 40th birthday- balloon garland hung, elegant black, white and gold table scape on-point, and candelabras lit. As I stared at my lovely gold chargers and silverware, I smiled to myself knowing from the start I had made the right choice in choosing Greg to prepare a dinner that would put this party over the top! Greg shared his passion for food with me from the beginning, was a great communicator, and very trustworthy. As our event came closer, he answered all questions and made everything so seamless. The day of the event he calmly and cheerfully prepared our meal which allowed my husband and I the rare occurrence of actually sitting down and enjoying being with our guests. Then it was game time. I can’t tell you how impressed our friends were with each course and how times “Whoa” was said! Using the freshest and best quality ingredients truly made such a difference, which is what Greg prides himself on. Everything was delectable- from the mouth-watering cap of ribeye with a killer buttery peppercorn sauce to the creamy mushroom risotto to the flourless chocolate cake with salted caramel. I’m hungry just thinking about it! It was such a special treat to have Greg come and make the night so memorable. Everyone agreed Greg was fantastic! Thanks Greg!

We could not have asked for a better person to prepare a meal for our dinner party. We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Greg. Greg prepared a 3 course meal along with several appetizers for our dinner party of 26 people. Phenomenal food and incredible personal service! Greg is a true professional that takes pride in his work and does everything he can to make your experience with him pleasurable and memorable. Greg was incredibly responsive as he helped us develop the menu and plan for our event. His pleasant and engaging personality put us at ease and fostered a comfortable trust in his abilities. Our event was perfect and Greg and his team were amazing. We would give him our highest recommendation!

Greg was a delight!! He made this event so special with his kind nature and incredible food. Every dish was made with high quality ingredients, was incredibly fresh and of 5 star quality. It was just like being at a fine dining restaurant but at the comfort of home. We were extremely impressed with every part of the experience. Oh and I can't forget to mention that the kitchen was pristine! We did not lift a finger.

Chef Greg came as a recommendation from the owners of Levinaia Villa and from our very first phone call, his passion radiated through the line. When you hire Greg, you are hiring someone dedicated not only to the quality of the food, but also to the overall feel and flow of the event. He was very communicative from day one and the menu he crafted for us was perfect. (His scallops are to die for!) Additionally, he was great about accommodating our guests with dietary restrictions (nuts/dairy). All of the guests loved the food! Succulent, crisp, silky, crunchy, balanced, tender, light are but a handful of adjectives I could use for how our 3 courses were. I can't say enough about how incredible our meal and our experience of working with the chef was!

    I always purchase the finest ingredients available and will never compromise quality for price.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I do not have set menus, I'd rather discuss the do's and dont's and tailor a menu suitable for every guest.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    As a child, I would always help my mother in the kitchen and be in awe with her food. She shared her love for food with me and although she passed away many years ago my mother continues to inspire me.
