- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
2Shred follows a specific service route, which is updated weekly on our website. This allows us to offer a low minimum per pick up and destruction fee. Please contact us for an individual quote based on the volume to be destroyed and the next pick-up day in your neighborhood.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will have the option of going with the next scheduled pick-up date in your neighborhood to avoid an extra pick-up fee You will get the time on the day before, we try hard to accommodate everyones' needs If we run late for more than 30 min. we will inform you We will securely destroy your documents You will receive a Certificate of Destruction

Our employees are trained in privacy and security awareness, fingerprinted and background checked.
